UGI — 30-Minute
All levels are welcome to this class. The UGI workout uses a soft weighted ball to combine strength, cardio, and core training into a fun challenging class. Burn up to 500 calories in just 30 minutes. This workout can be tailored to all fitness levels and is a great way to get a lot of bang for your buck.

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
How It Works:
We take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called an exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Self Defense Classes
We offer fantastic self defense classes to provide you with a workout to give you the ability to protect yourself and work up a sweat while doing so. We will reinforce a positive environment, situational awareness, the buddy system, and maximum efficiency with minimum effort. Our Bliss self defense classes are taught by a black belt Judo instructor who is also trained in Jiu Jitsu.
