All levels welcome to this class. The UGI workout uses a soft weighted ball to combine strength, cardio and core training into a fun challenging class. Burn up to 500 calories in just 30 minutes. This workout can be tailored to all fitness levels and is a great way to get a lot of bang for your buck.

How It Works:
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
