Barre Bliss is yoga, dance conditioning, isometric movements, and ballet. Unlike any other barre fitness class or workout, we combine these principles into one class to sculpt, tone, and leave you feeling invigorated. Classes are 60 minutes in length unless noted otherwise. ALL levels welcome. Preregistration is recommended as space is limited.
Barre Bliss Basics
This is a perfect barre fitness class for beginners, injuries, recovery workout, or new moms. We suggest taking a Barre Bliss Basics class if you are new to exercise, yoga, or barre. Please bring a mat, towel, and water. These classes are 60 minutes in length. Preregistration is recommended as space is limited.
Barre Bliss Cardio
Barre Bliss Cardio is similar to Barre Bliss, but we add three cardio segments to amp things up. It is suggested that students take five Barre Bliss classes before attending a Barre Bliss Cardio class. Preregistration is recommended as space is limited.
Barre Bliss Express — 45-minute
We know that you are busy and have many places to be, so we designed our Barre Bliss Express class to get you in and out with a super efficient workout! Enjoy all that you love about barre fitness classes with our signature Barre Bliss class in just 45 minutes.
Candle Light Barre Bliss — 75-minute
A perfect way to end a long day or week. You can enjoy the benefits of a barre fitness class, but we take down the intensity and add more restorative postures and yogic intentions. A great introduction to Barre Bliss and Yoga. Recommended for new students. This class is 75 minutes.
