Barre Bliss offers a comprehensive Three-Day Barre Bliss Certification for fitness professionals that have a Yoga Sculpt, Group Fitness, Dance, Pilates, or Yoga background. Our certification is guided by experts, and you will be inspired and given tools to transform your Mind and Body. The Barre Bliss Method and barre certification is based on Yoga and Dance Conditioning led by trainers with Dance and Yoga backgrounds. We help you create a teaching voice and presence that is authentic and effective.

Why Barre Bliss?

Our Barre Bliss Method is based on teaching a strong pelvic tuck to focus on control of the “Center” which is the pelvic floor muscles and lower abdominal wall in order to maintain “torso control” and “neutral spine.”

In comparison to dance classes where many people feel intimidated, barre fitness classes at Barre Bliss have all types of people. Most people who take Barre Bliss classes were never dancers, but can still benefit from the strength moves and graceful transitions based on modern and classical dance.

Barre Bliss stresses the results of the workout, but teaches form and position which help create the meditative benefits of yoga that are felt throughout and at end of class. Barre Bliss is inspired by STOTT Pilates technique which uses imagery and precision.

Barre Bliss fitness classes are taught with an emphasis on form and position. This, in turn, creates proper alignment strengthening your core in a proper and lasting manner. We focus control of the true center of your core through pelvic floor muscles and lower abdominal wall in order to maintain torso control and a neutral spine.

We truly value technique and proper form by helping to foster your health and wellbeing. We will help you to set your intention and attention to achieve the physical and mental goals you have set. Requirements:
Must have an active barre, yoga, pilates, or another type of movement practice. A certification or degree in Dance, Yoga, Group Fitness, Pilates, or one-year teaching experience.
